Business PM

Nugem Studio develops TBH: Task Bar Hero, a hack-and-slash idle RPG. Our goal is to deliver the fun of endless growth, and we're looking for a business PM to systematically manage the business side of launch and live service.

• General business management for game launch and live service
• Managing and analyzing core business KPIs (revenue, user count, etc.) and identifying improvement initiatives
• Establishing monetization strategy, planning products/events/promotions, and analyzing performance
• Analyzing game market trends and competitor titles
• Developing improvement plans based on user feedback and service issue analysis
• Supporting business development and contract work with external partners
• Coordinating and communicating with internal development, marketing, and operations teams

• 3+ years of experience as a game business PM or in a related role
• Understanding of game launch/live-service processes and the game market
• Able to analyze business metrics and user data to derive actionable improvements
• Logical thinking and strong communication skills, with a responsible approach to partner support work
• Able to proactively identify and drive business initiatives, and systematically organize and share progress and results

• Experience conducting market research and scouting/reviewing new titles
• Experience across a project's full cycle, from launch preparation through live service
• Experience with global launch and service operations for Steam-based PC games
• Business-level English proficiency
• Understanding of and interest in the idle RPG or casual genre
