Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use govern the conditions and procedures for using the information and services provided on nugemstudio.com (the "Site"), operated by Nugem Studio Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Site" refers to the website operated by the Company to provide game introductions, company information, job listings, and news.
• "User" refers to any person who accesses the Site and uses the information provided by the Company under these Terms.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of These Terms)

These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reason for any amendment on the Site in advance.

Article 4 (Description of the Service)

The Site provides the following information:

• Introductions to games developed and serviced by the Company
• Company information and history
• Job listings
• News related to the Company and its games

Article 5 (External Links)

For User convenience, the Site may provide links to third-party sites such as Steam and gamejob.co.kr. The Company has no control over, and is not responsible for, the content or services of such external sites. Use of external sites is governed by their own terms and policies.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

All content provided on the Site, including text, images, logos, and game-related material, is copyrighted and owned by the Company. However, some games are co-developed with Tesseract Studio, and the copyright and intellectual property rights to content related to those games are jointly held by the Company and Tesseract Studio under the relevant agreement. Users may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use Site content, or allow third parties to do so, without the Company’s prior written consent.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in any of the following in connection with their use of the Site:

• Interfering with the normal operation of the Site (unauthorized access, unauthorized automated data collection, etc.)
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
• Violating applicable laws and regulations

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Company is exempt from liability for failure to provide the Site’s services due to natural disasters, force majeure, or similar events. The Company strives for the accuracy of information posted on the Site but is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on that information. The Company is also not responsible for damages arising from service disruptions or policy changes on external sites such as Steam or gamejob.co.kr.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute between the Company and a User arising from use of the Site shall be brought before the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms take effect on July 31, 2026.
